This book holder was commissioned as a unique one-of-a-kind gift. My customer and I collaborated using digital photos in emails during the design and construction. It has a turned curly maple pedestal base (seen here), a unique natural-edged spalted maple top and a cherry lip. The book holder is slanted at a gentle 10 degrees for easy viewing of the book that it will hold.

This piece cannot be duplicated due to the unique piece of wood used for the top. But I can create a special book holder for you.
